The PUG Tournament Format
Our 18-hole championship course is designed to challenge golfers of all skill levels. With scenic views and strategically placed hazards, it's a true test of your golfing ability.
1. Scramble/ Shotgun Start
The PUG follows a scramble format, where teams of two will compete against each other for 18 holes. Teams will either begin at Hole 1 or Hole 9 and tee off every 10 minutes.
2. Tee Time
Once you have submitted your preferred tee time, these entries are taken into consideration. Each scramble group will receive their tee time 1 week prior to tournament play. If there is a confliction, adjustments can be made prior to tee off.
3. Completed Tournament
Once your scramble group has completed the course your group will submit their scores to our scoring table which will mark down your scores. Posted scores will be available on our scoring board on site and on our social media accounts for access.
Tournament Disclaimer
By participating in this amateur golf tournament, all players acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Amateur Status Requirement: This tournament is open exclusively to amateur players. Any individual found to be a professional golfer or possessing a skill level that significantly exceeds the capabilities of an average amateur will be subject to automatic disqualification. Players must adhere to the spirit of the game and compete on an equal, amateur playing field.
- Cheating or Misrepresentation: Any player suspected of misrepresenting their skill level or engaging in any form of cheating (including, but not limited to, tampering with equipment, or gaining an unfair advantage) will be immediately disqualified from the tournament.
- Disqualification: If a player is suspected of violating the rules, the tournament organizers reserve the right to investigate and make a final decision on whether disqualification is warranted. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.
- Integrity of the Tournament: The goal of this event is to provide a fun, fair, and competitive experience for all amateur golfers. We ask that all participants respect the spirit of the game and ensure fair play throughout the competition.
